This festival will be celebrated on the last day of markazi month.On this day the frontage of the house will be decorated with kolam with kaavi border.The entire house will be cleaned and washed and kolam with kaavi drawn on apropriate places. Ladies used to take oil bath this day. Menu for this day is as follows.
