Once during NamperumAL purAppAdu there was no light and it was mesmerizing effect with the ornaments on the Lord themselves sparkling on the beauty.
Coming to think of the ornaments these are just superficial and just add beauty to beauty-azhagukku azhagu searkkum.

The ornament apart from adding beauty to the Lord , apart from value addition for itself transforms into a functional role of Lighting for the beauty of the Lord.
