Baala Kaanda - Sarga 51
In this Sarga, Ṡatānanda, the Purōhita of Janaka, inquires about the reunion of his mother Ahalya with his father Gautama. He begins telling the story of the great Muni Viṡwāmitra to Rāma.
1.51.1

gautamasya sutō jyēṣṭhastapasā dyōtitaprabhaḥ ।
rāmasandarṡanādēva paraṃ vismayamāgataḥ ॥
Hearing those words of sagacious Viṡwāmitra,
the supremely radiant great Tapasvi
Ṡatānanda, the eldest son of Gautama,
glistening with Tapa, had goose bumps.
And he was overwhelmed by seeing Rāma.
Once someone pays for his or her crime or mistake, he or she should be treated as if the crime or mistake had never been committed.
In the case of Ahalya, an unthinkable transgression occurred. But she paid for it through Tapa.
How should she be treated after the Tapa? In Sarga 49, we have seen exactly how Gautama received her back.
In the first part of this Sarga, we witness how Ṡatānanda, the son of Ahalya and Gautama, speaks of her.

O Rāma! he went around seeing many
states, cities, mountains, rivers and Āṡramas
and finally reached the Āṡrama of Vasishṭha.
It was full of varieties of trees,
diverse species of animals, many types of birds
and deer roaming freely without fear.
It was adorned by Dēvas, Dānavas, Gandharvas and Kinnaras.
It was teeming with Siddhas, Cāraṇas, Brahmarshis and Dēvarshis.
There were many Mahātmas there, comparable to fire,
who gained Siddhi after doing long Tapa.
Some of them were living only on fruits and roots,
some on dried leaves shed by the trees,
some on liquids, and some breathing only air.
They completely overcame anger and
gained complete control over their minds and senses.
The Āṡrama was shining with many
Ṛshis, Vālakhilyas, Vaikhanasas and many others
who were dedicated to Japa and Hōma.
Vālmeeki is taking us here, into the splendid Āṡrama of Vasishṭha.

that looked like another Brahma Lōka.

O Rāma! he went around seeing many
states, cities, mountains, rivers and Āṡramas
and finally reached the Āṡrama of Vasishṭha.

The mighty Viṡwāmitra, the foremost among the victorious,
saw that Āṡrama of Vasishṭha
that looked like another Brahma Lōka.
