Sundara Kaanda - Sarga 57
In this Sarga, Hanumān crosses the ocean effortlessly, touching Maināka as he passes by. As he gets closer to the northern shore, he sees the great Mahēndra mountain and lets off a great shout. The Vānaras desperately waiting for him there, hear his shout. Jāmbavan, in his joy, remarks to all the other Vānaras that Hanumān’s roar is surely an indication of his successful completion of the mission.
Then Hanumān lands on the mountain and all the Vānaras surround him. Hanumān, after paying obeisance to the elders, announces that Seetā has been found. All the Vānaras jump with joy, roaring and squealing. Aṅgada praises him for what he has accomplished. All the Vānaras sit around them, eager to hear Hanumān speak.
