Aranya Kaanda - Sarga 34
In this Sarga, upon hearing the harsh words of Ṡūrpaṇakhā, Rāvaṇa asks her about the details of Rāma. Ṡūrpaṇakhā tells Rāvaṇa everything about Rāma, Lakshmaṇa and Seetā. She makes a special mention of the beauty of Seetā and tells that she would make a good wife for Rāvaṇa. She says that she tried to snatch Seetā and bring him as a wife for Rāvaṇa, and that is the reason for her disfiguration by Lakshmaṇa. She encourages Rāvaṇa to kill Rāma and Lakshmaṇa and abduct Seetā by force and make her his wife.
