Palgaichal function

Namaskaram Vadhyar,
We have to perform palkaichal function and not grahaprevesam only within my family for a new flat which has to be let out for rent.
kindly advise me in such a case what should be done minimum to perform palkaichal function, since we are not inviting relations and friends
as in the case of grahaprevesam function.

Sri:
If it is for rent or for own use
any new flat or house to be started with Vaastu Homam
but that is your choice.

Paalkaichudhal can be simplified up to boiling the milk in an auspicious time
and do a small pooja to swami patam or idol placed there.
In addition to that can do a punyahavachanam also and a Vaastu pooja
(doing pooja to 4 directions of the house using chandanam, kungumam etc.).
