Dear sir,
my doubt regarding missed thithi is, a thithi which falls after pournami or amavasya, you mean on either cases it should be conducted in the following
month in krishnapaksha (that is after pournami) on either ashtami/navami/ekadasi days as pariharam. I hope this is what you meant.pl confirm.

Sri:
Either case is always having only one meaning, result is same for both.
Here, missed is sukla or Krishna, to be done only in Krishna paksha.
