Ddaily pooja and Sandhyavandaanm

I am doing pooja first and then pradha Sandhyavandhanam in the morning . Some times due to late starting of pooja, i could do sandhyavandhanam only after 8.30 am. is it correct? or I have to do sandhyavandhanam first and they pooja

Evenings it is possible to do Sayam Snadhyavandhanam only after 7.00 PM.

Kindly guide me

Dear Sir,
As like as you are bathing and washing your feat and hand before going to Pooja
Sandhyavandhanam is also a basic thing to clean your mind and internal parts of body.

So, Sandhyavandhanam should be performed first of all other activities of that period.
It should be done before Sun rise in the morning, before Sun set in the evening
and the exact midday for Madhyahnigam.
Try to do the Sandhyavandhanam as near as the times mentioned.

Pooja can be altered to any simple form to make convenient of Sandhyavandhanam.
