    Sri:
    Definitely should do Pangali Tarpanam at place where they are performing the Dasaham (10th day) Kainkaryam
    or at least should do the Kuzhi Tarpanam even if so younger to one.
    No need to do Kshavaram before Tarpanam (as part of it).
    For example, the husband should to Tarpanam for his wife.
