"Subhams should be avoid in Mala Maasam is a general and basic condition" but we are skipping some other most important
conditions than that like "Avoid Guru - Sukra Moodam", "12th Place sthana sudhdham".

If you could find a good muhurtham with all conditions satisfied for Grihapravesam
then you can do the Grihapravesam on Mala Maasam which is my humble opinion.

Thank you very much... Do you mean "Avoid Guru - Sukra Moodam", "12th Place sthana sudhdham" these conditions negate the "mala masam" condition?
Simply - My star Aswini - Wife Star Barani. Does the Augest 30th fit for the Grahapravesam?

More General Question - If mala masam is not to be considered for any functions, there wouldn't be any functions on AVANI like AADI right? Is there any exclusions?

I have not used the word 'negate' or any such word,
Mala Maasam also to be considered but other two things are most important than that.

People are ignoring rules when they are particular in a specific period,
in such a condition too the other two things should not be avoided.

Kindly use the "Astrology and Panchangam" forum to discuss things like this,
this will not come under vaideeka practice.
