dear moorthy iyer garu, namaskarams.thanks for the web site.but it doesn't give meaning of aaryani. i had allready viewed that website prior to your posting here. i had asked a ghanapati- one who is well versed in vedas. the word aaryani is found in arunam. here he elaborated further:

indrasyapatni -indryani

rudrasyapatni-rudrani

sivasya patni sivani

aaryamuni namakaha sadbrahamanasya patni aaryani
