Sri:
Creating a blog is nothing special. It is as much as creating a new post in the forum.
The difference is : Blog will allow you to put about 3 to 4 pages of content but
the post (message) in forum will allow to put content about a page only.

Also, creating Article is also the same, Article allow contents without a limit.

1. You prepare all the content in your computer using MS Word or any other word processor. Or You can prepare the content from your mail client like Out look or gmail or any where.

2. Create an Attractive and meaningful and short Title for your content.

3. Type some keywords about your content;
For example if you are writing a content regarding temple in your village;
then your keyword should have the following:
Name of the village, name of the temple, significance of the temple,
familiar or alias names etc.
Example: Deevalur near Vriddhanchalam,Varadaraja perumal deevalur,grecious perumal,temple going to fall
The keywords should be very short within 25 to 30 letters, four or five keywords can be added, a comma should be added after every keyword, no space between keywrods after comma

The above are the important thing to make a blog in our website.

4. Now first log in with your login ID and password.

5. Click the Blog Menu from navigation bar.
Now you will get the blog window with several menus in the right side column.
First you have to select a category (as given below) to select a right place for your content.

6. Then Click the Create New Post button in the right corner.

7. Copy the Tile from your text and paste it in the Title box.

8. Copy the body content of your text and paste it in the main huge text box.
If you want to decorate your text by adding colors, change the font size of the text;
then select all text in the body by your mouse or click inside the body and press ctrl+A
now the text will be selected, do not click the mouse again in the text area (if done deselected)
now move the mouse to bbcode buttons in the first row, and click the button what you want to do.
You can also add some pictures from your computer or from internet by clicking the image button
in the second row. The next button is for video insert. You can insert a youtube video by clicking thtat
button and entring the url in the popup box.

9. Copy the keywords and paste it in the tags bar / box

10. Scroll down, and you will find a list of titles under Blog Categories, Select a suitable one or up to 5 categories.

11. Now click the Preview button under the tags box before the Blog Categories box.

12. If you found any error :
there is a chance for two type of errors,
A. Tags : if one of your keyword is very long, then it will say error -> remove the keyword which is found long.
You can also submit without keywords.
B. If you have selected more than five categories then it will tell some error -> remove tics from more than five categories.
If there is no error found at the top go to next step.
If you have rectified errors again click the preview button to check is there any error.

13. Now you can select three Options if required.
A) There will be a Tic by default in "Allow comments to be posted" you can leave it as it is or you can remove it.
No comments will be posted if removed.
B) Under Blog Entry Subscription default option will be as "Do not subscribe"
you can change it to "Subscribe instantly using email" (Recommended) to get the comments of other users through email.
C) If you have any attachments to add like pdf, pictures etc, then click then click the manage attachments to do that.

14. If everything over, now click the Post Now button under the tags bar.
That is all, done. Your blog is added to the website.

15. If you wanted to make it available on your facebook account and twitter or any other social websites, you will find the tools in the top of the website near welcome message. Click the icon and post it.

1. 2000 வார்த்தைகளுக்கு மேல் உள்ள கட்டுரைகளை ப்ளாக்குகள் ஆக்கலாம்.
2. போரத்தைக் காட்டிலும் ப்ளாக்குகளுக்கு பார்வையாளர்கள் குறைவு.
3. நிறைய படங்களுடன், சமையல் குறிப்புகள் போன்றவற்றை ப்ளாக்குகளாகப் பதிவு செய்யலாம்.
4. ப்ளாக்குகளுக்கு கமெண்டுகள் உள்ளிடும் வசதி உள்ளது. ஆனால் போரத்தில் பதில் போடும் வசதி உள்ளது.
5. மேலுள்ள மெனுவில் ப்ளாக் என்பதை க்ளிக் செய்து கிடைப்பது, இங்கே போரத்தில் காணப்படும் ஆக்டிவிட்டி ஸ்ட்ரீம்
போன்றது, அதில் புதிதாக பதியப்பட்ட ப்ளாக்குகள் பற்றிய சிறு குறிப்புகள் காணப்படும். Read More என்பதை க்ளிக்
செய்தால் குறிப்பிட்ட ப்ளாக் ஐ முழுமையாகப் படிக்க முடியும்.
6. Category select செய்யாமல் post செய்யப்பட்ட ப்ளாக்குகள் uncategorized என்கிற தலைப்பின்கீழ் சென்று சேரும்.
7. ப்ளாக்குகளுக்கும் Tags entry செய்தால்தான் நிறைய views கிடைக்கும். Tags என்பது ஒரு செய்தில் இடம்பெற்றுள்ள முக்கிய வார்த்தைகள்
அல்லது சொற்றொடர்கள். நிறைய விஷயங்களுக்கு நமக்கு சரியான பெயர் தெரியாது, உதாரணமாக எங்கள் ஆத்தில் iPhone, Tab, normal phone
cordless phone என போன்கள் உள்ளன ஆனால் இப்படியெல்லாம் சொன்னால் புரியாது. பெரியபோன், சின்னபோன், குட்டி போன்,
ஒயரில்லாத ஆத்து போன் என்று கேட்டால்தான் கிடைக்கும். எனவே ஒரு விஷயத்தைப் பற்றி நாம் எழுதும்போது, அந்த விஷயத்தை
மக்கள் எப்படியெல்லாம் தேடுவார்கள் என்று யோசித்து, அந்த வகையிலெல்லாம் டேக்குகளைப் பதிவுசெய்யவேண்டும்.

இந்தக் கடையில் என்னென்ன சாமான்கள் கிடைக்கும் என்பதையும் சிறிதாகவாவது எழுதி வைக்கவேண்டும்.
அந்தக்கடையில் கிடைக்கக்கூடியவை தரமானதா என்பதை நாளடைவில் மக்கள் முடிவுசெய்துகொள்வார்கள்.
8. ப்ளாக்குகள், போரம், ஆர்டிகிள் அனைத்திற்கும் தலைப்புகள் கவர்ச்சியாகவும், சுருக்கமாகவும், பொருத்தமாகவும் இருக்கவேண்டும்.

9. மேலும் ஏதாவது சந்தேஹம் இருந்தால் விளக்கப்படும்.
