Doubt regarding Sashti abda poorthi

Sairam. My father is now 64 and mother is approaching 60. I did not do sashti abda poorthi when my father crossed 60. Can I do for both of them when my mother crosses 60? Or is it oonly to be done when father crosses 60. Can we do Bheema rathna shanthi when father reaches 70 if we had not performed sashti abda poorthi for parents. Please clarify and guide me. Sairam.
