Respected Swamin,
I read that we are supposed to perform Tharpanam during Mahalayam for our Karunya Pithrus such as Vaikundavaasi brothers and sisters of our parents. Does this include deceased brother-in-law (husband of wife's sister) who has no son. How about parents of step-mother when step mother is alive. Kindly educate me.
