I don't have udakasanthi in Tamil.
Also, I will not encourage reading Veda mantras in Tamil Text.
When you are interested to learn Vedam, why don't you first learn the Sanskrit alphabets,
I could help you to learn it, it is very simple and for long run it will be very pleasure to read all the Sanskrit documents.
No need to understand it, the sound is very important, only by using the correct sabdas you could get the required vibration out of the Veda Mantras uttered.
Start learning sabdas, it will take only about a month to practice if spent two hours per day.
