1.அண்ணன் தம்பி ஆகிய இருவருக்கும் ஒரே நாளில் பூணல் போடலாமா?

2.ஒரு பையனுக்கு உபனயனத்தையும் அந்த பையனின் சஹோதரிக்கு திருமணத்தையும்

Sri:
Any two muhurthams at the same time is restricted as per shastras.
But there are several exemptions given in shastras and as well as in practice.
Kindly go through the below pdf, in which you could find all dos and donts about karmas.
Particularly about "Two Shobhanams" is described in page number 15 and item number 25.
