Welcome notice saying just " a new member has joined us" does not serve any purpose. Either give the name of the person or every week end publish the names of those who joined in this week. Otherwise I find that daily we find notices of welcomes only.
And not many postings! of late,only a few!!
Effect of "cut and paste" comment? I wonder.

Sri: Thank you Sri Varadarajan Sir,
You are correctly pointing out many of the recent developments.
1. I made a small program to say welcome for new members which is to encourage them to post their personal details
as reply to the welcome message, which is automatic.
2.Any member can access the member list by using the second level (row) menu "community" which is having
the links to List of (Total) members.
3.That may be the reason, but no need to worry about that, because all experts are insisting that
"copied contents will spoil the reputation of a website".

4. As per the statistics, I found that our site is useful for about 1000 visitors (not members).

5. This website is started and running without any commercial expectation, our aim is to help people who are willing
to gain the proper, authentic knowledge in religious matters like Shastram, sampradayam, vaidhikam, prayogams,
Panchangam (not astrology), philosophy, leading traditional brahmin way of life etc. and exclusively for Brahmins.

There is no meaning of arguing, "most of the Rishis from whom you derive inspiration are not Brahmins, Rishi Valmiki, or Vishvamitra are not Brahmins, why do you Quote them or read their Epics?" etc. Because, Vaishnavas are reciting Nammalwars Pasurams who is not a brahmin, but not reciting "Tamil, Sanksrit sthothrams of Brahmin Acharyas which are not about Sri Vishnu".
So, here we are expanding the limit from Vaishnava to all sorts of Brahmins,
so, we should give information all are useful to brahmins and as well as others.
I mean, by posting an article not useful for brahmin but useful for others in this forum,
members can take it as granted for brahmins also, which we should avoid.
This is the ambition of this site.
At the same time, we are not against any caste or sect.
Look at the footer of every page, we are displaying the below content as About Brahminsnet.com:
