Forum does not seem to be user friendly

I hv been trying to post qestions for clarifications in the forum but
i am unable to do it since it does not seem to be user friendly.
i have also been trying to down load darma sastra pages but unable to
do them . the one in the net is not fully dispalyed, for down laoding.
please let me know how i can get out this problem

Dear Srinivasan,
Everything is user friendly only when you make it friend before you start use of it.
Many are posting and doing everything.
Wherever you find the word "New" or "Post New"
You click the button to post on that topic.
Wherever you find "Reply to ..." click that to post your reply.
You have to click on the topic, every topic is having its link on it.
Every click will work for you.
Whenever you want to download a matter other than text,
Use right click and save link as or save image as menu to save it in your computer.
No need to give it in download section.
Also, I am posting the help button every where user seeing the post as "Live Help"
Nobody is using that.
Why you are fearing to use the mouse to click?
Do click every where and find the result after that.
If user want to download anything, can post a message in the forum about it, which can be
given and guided for that.
