Franklyly speaking, brahmin community is in limelight for they lost their varnasrama dharma in search of comfort and money, with no strong belief on sastras, their infighting for a very trivia/petty matter and dragging it to courts, displaying atrocious behaviour publicly in front of others, not helping people from their own community, wanting to stay aloof from activities connected within their own community, creating problems by spreading false rumours about his own clan in order to do harm to him out of jealousy, not taking pride about his community men and women enjoying exalted/high positions, power hungry in order to earn all materialistic benefits and above all lost their thejas by doing things which are prohibited by sastras and avoidi doing things which is expected of him. Perhaps this is the indication for the early arrival of Lord Kalki.

What is indicated is not special to Brahmins but the general behavior of human race . It is surprising to see the same opinion was told by every generation of people about the next generation. I believe that there is a lot more good in humanity.

BRAHMINS are not bad They are honest, sincere, intelligent and follow dharma sastram and that is why this country has survived so many centuries But people in the recent past just for reaching the top wanted to fool all others by spoiling the mind of the people that brahmins have exploited and they suppressed others It is not true If you hear anyone of any caste who is 70 and above and if you ask athem whether any one in the village felt they were suppressed , they will say no Though they lived in cheries, a separate hamlet far from agraharams, they never felt secluded snce they understood, they cut animals, eat meat and that is why they are given a separate place But they approached brahmins for every good thing tobe done, like asking marriage proposals, date for marrigage, weather forecast, temple festivals and what not The Present Politicians with therir hypocritic blanket used this as a weapon and wanted even the dogs of their home to come to politics and swindle the public money in mililions and billions
Did any brahmin claim they should be given priority for their caste, The natural justice is who is more efficient , more intelligent, more heioic should be given priority oPPORTUNITIES SHOULD BE BASED ON MERIT ONLY NOT ONLY IN STUDIES,in sports, in music and in every walk of life To fill the vote bank and to exploit the public the phobia BRAHMINS ARE BAD, EXPLOITED Hhave been sown
If anybody who reads THUGLAK which clearly indicated the contributions towards tamil by brahmins, and old sciptures and pasurangal by vaishnavits, these hypocrites cant answer But the pity is BRAHMIN politicians joined hands by merging with antibrahmin elements just to capture power REQUEST CONTRADICTIONS TO THIS IF ANY

INVOLVED in a case is only an accusation by unwanted elements who want to amass wealth by unscrupulous means threatened Jayendrar to surrender a property earmarked by him for the benefit of poor and public of any caste But when he jokularly refused he was threatened and victimised by false cases LET US WATCH WHAT IS THE VERDICT OF GOD AS THE LAST VERSE OF VISHNU SAHASRANAMAM SAYS LET us not draw conclusions The judgment will be given by Goddess Kamakshi amman

The two vidios depict what is the true state in North India and also how the community still puts up its traditions in spite of several odds in south india As the priest in first vidio says that if brahmins stop their traditions there will be no rain it is a god given statement The second video finally says in spite of the brahmins being only 6% of indian population they are at the top posts in government, business etc This does not show they have cheated and exploited If they also behaved like other unscrupulous elements they could brought their community to rule over them Think of TVSm simpson, Enfield to name only a trivial of the many who have come up by hard work and who could have reserved their company only for brahmins Did they do that How many of brahmins in any walk of life possess so many TATA SUMOS, THEATRES, ARRACK SHOP, MARRIAGE HALLS within a span of max 10 years Brahmins should realise this and this forum should inject the friendship, cohesivenss and unity among brahmins without which brahmins will be anhilated by the present politicians Malayalis and Brahmins are alike in following dignity of labour and friendliness They want brahmin hotels, brahmin girls for gazing, brahmin ausditors for their account but go on proclaiming "AARIAR SOOZHCHIAI IRUTTAI POKKADIKA VANTHA UDAYA SURIYAN" WHAT IS THIS????

Let us not talk about good or bad guys.
Let us analyse the attitude of brahmin youth regarding brahmin's way of life.
There is a reluctance to conservatism
This reluctance is due to many factors like cosmopolical life from schooling.work culture and peer pressures etc., which has hidden the real values of brahminical outlook.
Our own inner contradictions and the "holier than thou"stance of the orthodox towards youth willing to learn these values, ,discourages youth.
If only there is a will by elders to rectify these drawbacks , youth will take pride in brahmin ethos

At the microscopic level at every home parents must be a role model to make their children studiously follow our culture and tradition as per the idiom "seeing is believing".
I used to think it was seeing is believing but I now think it's believing is seeing. If you believe something strong enough, you can really see it. To make our children to tread the right path, first we must set example and show them the correct direction. If our children who may be in their teen now, may not follow immediately due to external influences present in the environment, but the strong belief created by us in them works wonders in their life at a later stage and they will come out of their cocoon to perceive the reality in our hoary tradition and stick to it.

The following of our culture and sticking to our tradition must start from our home. Slowly it purifies our entire community at large at the macroscopic level.

I agree with the administration. No person should be mentioned . I am from Kerala and I have lived in all the four southern states for fairly long time. I also have lived in North India . The hatred of Brahmins is different in different places . It is most severe in Tamil Nadu, much less in Andhra and Karnataka and almost very less in Kerala. In North India , it is not there much. One of the reasons is the relative progress that Brahmins had made compared to the next progressive community about 50 years back. In Kerala THe christians, Nairs , Ezhavas were as progressive as the Brahmins. THe same is true of Andhra where Reddys and Khammas are very progressive and In Karnataka also it is true. Ramachander
