Sathabhishegam for mother - A doubt

My mother will be completing her 80 years of age during Oct.2016. Can I perform her sathabisekham function on her berth star or I have to wait and perform it on completion of 80 years and 8 months. Kindly enlighten me in this regard. with kind regards

Why the heading Shadhtiaptha poorthi which means completion of sixty years? Should it not be Sathabishekam done sfter 80years?
Surprised at these sort of mistakes and sorry.
