Lakshana of a sadhu -Sanskrit subhashitam
*तितीक्षव: कारुणिका: सुहृदः सर्व देहिनां ।*
*अजातशत्रवः शान्ता: साधवः साधु भूषणा: ।।*
भावार्थ - *जो सहनशीलता, करुणा से परिपूर्ण हो, सभी शरीरधारी प्राणियों के प्रति जिसका मित्र भाव हो। जिसका कोई शत्रु न हो एवम् जो परम शान्त हो, वही वास्तव में सच्चा साधु है।*
*The one who is full of patience, compassion,There is a friend to all the living beings. The one who is not have an enemy, and who is have ultimate peace, is indeed a true Sadhu.*
