அன்ன தானத்திலும் சிறந்தது கண் தானம் என்னை பொறுத்தவரையில். ஆனால் யாரும்
கண்தானம் செய்ய முன் வருவதில்லை ஒரு சிலரை தவிர. அன்ன தானத்திற்கு அநேகமாக
எல்லோரும் பண உதவி செய்கிறார்கள். கண் தானம் என்றால் பல தடவை யோசிக்கிறார்கள்.
கண் இல்லாதவர்க்கு கண்தானம் செய்தால் அதைவிட உயர்ந்த மனித கைங்கர்யம் ஒன்றும்
இல்லை.கண் இல்லாதவர்கள் படும் பாட்டை நான் நேரில் பார்த்திருக்கிறேன்.அப்பப்பா. சொல்ல
முடியாத வேதனை அவர்களுக்கு. மனதில் ஒரு குறை இருந்து கொண்டே இருக்கிறது. தான்
பிறரைப்போல பார்க்கவும் படிக்கவும் முடியவில்லையே என்று. மற்றொரு தானம் கை கால்
ஊனம் உற்ற அநாதை குழந்தைகளுக்காக அவர்களின் துணி படிப்பு உணவுக்குகாக நிரந்தரமாக செய்யும் தானம்.

Eye donation is donating the eyes after a person’s death. Eyes are very valuable part of a human being, which should not be wasted either by burning or burying the body.“Eyes are a precious gift to a person.
