Though the potato chips prepared in our houses are crisp for a day or two and become soft afterwards the chips sold in packets are always crisp for a number days why? Are they mixing any chemicals? If it so then it is very bad for health.

No Mama, when you prepare large quantity of Potato chips, we should not add salt in it. If you add salt it will me become soggy and soft. So please don't add salt in it. And also store in a air tight container. This will give you crispy chips always Give a try and give me a feedback
