Everyone knows that children love candy, but unlike candy lollipops, you would
not mind your little ones eating these.The oats, jaggery, nuts and sesame seeds all blend in nicely to make these lollipops crunchy and delicious.You can make them in advance and store them in airtight containers.
Try this, the kids will love it.

OATS LOLLIPOPS
Preparztion time 10 mins
Cooking time 7 mins
Makes 12 lollops
Ingredients
1 tsp ghee
1/2 cup grated jaggery
1/4 cup roasted quick cooking rolled oats
1/4 cup lightly roasted and finely chopped mixed nuts
(Pistachios, almond and walnuts)
1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds (til)
Method
1 Heat 1/2 tsp of ghee in a broad non-stick pan, add jaggery and cook on slow flame till the jaggerymelts, while stirring continuously.
2 Remove from flame, add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.Keep aside to cool slightly.
3 Grease your hands with the remaining 1/2tsp of ghee and divide the mixture into 12 equal portions , shape each into a round ball and insert a small stck/blunted toothpick, in the centre.
4 Cool completely and store in an airtight container.
