OATS PANEER PARATHA
INGREDIENTS
Oats -30g
whole wheat flour -60g
milk -a little for kneading -
oil -for frying
salt -a pinch
For stuffing
Paneer Grated -50g
Onion grated -50g
green chillies-chopped -2
coriander,chopped -15g
METHOD
POWDER THE OATS AND MIX WITH THE WHEAT FLOUR AND salt. add milk gradually and knead to a soft dough.Mix the stuffings together.Prepare small balls with the kneaded dough ,flatten with a roller and place the stuffing in the centre.Place another paratha on top and press to stick on to the first paratha,.press the edges to close.Roll out to thin circle.
Roast on a hot tawa using oil on both sides.Serve hot.
