Black gram dhal 10g
salt to taste
METHOD
Soak all the ingredients for 30 mins and grind it into a smooth batter.Add a pinch of salt and mix it well.Keep the batter for 3-4 Hrs for fermentation and then pour into an idli plate and steam for 10 minutes.
