The face you see in the front is Shiva..holding a staff and a Kamandalu and has a snake at the waist.
The face on the left you see is Vishnu,..holding a Sudarshana Chakra(not visible in the pic).
The face at the back is Brahma..has a beard and holding Vedas.(not visible in pic..only the hand holding the vedas is visible in this pic)
The face facing the right had side back to back with Vishnu is Lakshmi...holding a lotus.(seen partially in this pic)
