Pradosham Venaktraman Mama
Pradosham Venaktraman Mama was an ardent devotee of Periyava. He considered Mahaperiyava as Lord Shiva himself and visited periyava on all the pradosham days and hence he got the title of Pradosham Mama. Periyava also had a very big regard for Pradosham Mama. Periyava referred Pradosham Mama as the 64th Naayanmar.
Pradosham Mama was the key man behind the Manimandapam constructed at Orikkari near Kanchipuram.
The Manimandapam was conceived by Pradosham Mama and was constructed at a very huge cost made full of Granite similar to Tanjore Big Temple constructed by Sri Ganapathi Sthapathi.
