How to practice.
Sit comfotably in sukhasana or easy pose.
Join the tip of ring finger with the tip of your thumb without applying pressure.Do with both hands.
Sit in position for 10 to 15minutes.
You can practice it any time of the day.
Perform for as much as 30 to 40mins per day regularly for best results.
If you have kapha dosha do not perform for too long.
Consult or seek guidance from your guru.or yoga teacher.
