Anything can be done as follows:
DahthiyAradhanam & ashathai Asirvadham after :
a) Parayanams - Vishnu Sahsra Namam Or Veda Parayanam
b) Sudharsana or Dhanvanthari or Ayushya homam
or
C) anything similar to this
but there will be no theertha abhishegam, thirumangalya dharanam etc.
