Only the elected Nethas get all facilities, they raise their salaries and perks by themselves,.One Minister in UP is supposed to have said," Jawan ate in Army to fie for the Nation, so what is the big thing? during the funeral of a jawan killed by terrorists!
And Nethas are there to enjoy and loot the same Nation.
