Yes. She is correct. I heard that minimum salary of 9,000 per month, with 15 days paid leave and maternity leave and other benefits are being worked out for them by the Govt. Once if the ordinance comes into effect she may add some more "My choice"

There were house maids in villages those days. They use to be very very sincere and loyal to their masters. Even the master used to help her by giving new clothes for festivals, support for her children study and even getting job for her ward in his office etc. so really the relation between them were not like employer and employee. Now a days that mentality has gone. As they are in scarce now they are making their choice.
