Appears that there is typographic error in the postings of Year of Birth. Should it not be 1980 as given in the first para and not 1950?. This makes the girl appear 62!!!

That is not typo
In the matrimonial form, there will be a drop down list for year of birth
which is starting from the year 1950.
When the user filling the form, they might have missed to select the correct year of birth.
